During site building, we maintain a close liaison with clients via email and telephone. Once sites go live, we monitor outcomes, provide regular reports and continue with regular contact to ensure that an organisation's objectives and development needs continue to be met. We like to establish friendly but professional relationships with clients such that we are all part of the same team.
